Shipping Policy 

Shipment Process: 

Our commitment to delivering a seamless experience begins with the shipping of your orders. We use reputable couriers to transport your chosen pieces to your doorstep. Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly email you with tracking information (where possible) to keep you informed about the status of your shipment. 

 

Domestic and International Shipping: 

 

For our valued customers in New Zealand and around the world we keep shipping costs as low as possible. We cater to customers in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and several countries across Europe and Asia. If your country is not currently within our shipping network, please feel free to contact us via the provided contact form, and we will explore the possibility of extending our service to your location. 

Due to operational administration that needs to occur, it may take up to two weeks to package and dispatch the artwork.  Transit time will vary according to where you are located. 

All canvases will be shipped in-tact both to New Zealand locations. Items shipped Internationally will be removed from the stretcher bars and packed rolled in a sturdy tube. The purchaser can get the canvas re-stretched once received. 

Express Shipping: 

Regrettably, we do not offer express shipping at this time. 

Warranties: 

Your purchase is safeguarded against loss or damage during the shipping phase. However, please be aware that Tara King Creative cannot be held liable for damages occurring once the goods are in your possession. 

Duties and Taxes: 

For all international orders, it is your responsibility to settle any customs duties, taxes, or similar charges according to your country's regulations. Refusal to fulfil these additional obligations may result in the return of your delivery to us. Upon receiving the product in its original condition, we will refund the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping costs to and from your country). We want to emphasize that we do not engage in any falsification of documents, and items are declared at their purchase value for export purposes. 

Dispatchments: 

At Tara King Creative, we operate as a small studio dedicated to expediting the shipment of your orders. While we strive to process orders promptly, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to simultaneous order processing. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience. Typically, we process orders once a week so please factor this into your expectations. Feel free to contact us if you have unique needs. 

Uncollected Parcels: 

Should your parcel remain uncollected at your local post office, the address provided is incorrect, or customs and import duties remain unpaid, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reship your artwork free of charge. The cost for reshipping unclaimed artwork varies by location, and you agree to cover the shipping expenses for your specific location.
